Tumi Molekane knows as Stogie T is a South African poet and rapper. He is Also known as The Poet MC Stogie T.  He was born on 16 August 1981 (age 38) Tanzania, Stogie T Biography (Tumi Molekane) With Origin from Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, South Africa. He performs under the Genres of Hip hop, His officially Occupation(s) is a Rapper, poet, songwriter with an amazing Vocal. Stogie T was been Years active since 2005-present under the Record Labels Motif Records.

Background

Molekane parents lived South African in exile but he was born in Tanzania. In 1992 he returns to South Africa and took up residence in Soweto. Tumi and the Volume were members of the Mozambican band 340ml.

He was the lead vocalist before Tumi and the Volume was officially disbanded in 2012. Tumi rebranded In 2016 and took a name as Stogie T, the rebranding brought about an album release tilted Stogie T which featured top artists in the music industry like Da L.E.S, Lastee, Emtee, Nasty C, Nadia Nakai & Yanga.

The album with two singles.

  1. “Diamond Walk” features rapper Nadia Nakai in the video was The first single.
  2. His second single “By Any Means” features Emtee and Yanga.
