Senzo Brikka Vilakazi, known as Kwesta, is a South African songwriter and rapper. who was born in Katlehong, Gauteng,  known as “K1”. He is Also known as DaKAR, His Origin is track to Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa, He is under the Genres of Hip hop and rap. He has been active since 2002–present. his Labels Buttabing (former) Urbantainment RapLyF.

Early life

Kwesta withdrew for three years from Phumulani Secondary School in Katlehong , and attended Alafang High School. Where He Grew interest in poetry with positive feedback and encouragement that helped Him.

Kwesta in 2003 formed a musical Group with some friends called  “Ghetto Fellaz” and he was known as Quest, the group named was to Juvenylz” after additional member. At the age of 16 Kwesta dropped full-time out school to pursue his music career. His first studio demo caught the attention of (AMS) Africa’s Most Southern Record Company,

RELATIONSHIP

Kwesta is Married to Yolanda Mvelase (his beautiful wife). They married in 2019. The wedding was featured on his “Khethile Khethile” song’s video.

Career

Kwesta is signed to Rap Lyf  an Independent and media company and he is co-founder Kid X. He is Associated with Riky Rick, Infinite Boys, Thabsie, KiD X, Yanga Chief, Cassper Nyovest, AKA, Courage the producer, L, Tido, Reason, Rouge, Major League DJz, Rich Homie Quan, Wale. with his third studio album released on 26 February 2016 tilted DaKAR II.
